You can rent your stracasa when you’re not inside. You can freely decide to spend just few days in your stracasa and rent it for the days left.
Cleaning, maintenance, care
Your stracasa, even when you’re not home, will be taken care of in every detail:
the cleaning of the indoor and outdoor areas will be done regularly to get everything in perfect order
the linen change will be scrupulous at every check in and every check out
the premises will be painted every year so that the property is kept clean and healthy
the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the outdoor area (garden, swimming pool etc.) will have regular intervals to ensure the high standards in terms of experience stated in the contract.
The monthly fee
Your excess insurance, property taxes, and legal costs are included in the monthly fee, as well as the development and update of the stracasa app for managing your property and monitor its ROI.
It also includes the Home Manager service and the related Customer Care, which will allow you to stay in direct contact through the app with the person who will take care of you upon your arrival.
It will be in fact your Home Manager to ensure the timely management of storage and to prepare your stracasa exactly as you want it.

We ensure a 50% occupancy rate during peak season with our exclusive algorithm.
Your chosen week will always be reserved for you, and the fourth week can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.
You can customize your preferences, manage your property, and schedule experiences using the Stracasa App.
If technology falls short, your personal Home Manager will assist you in finding a solution.
