The choice of the property is made through the portal where you can find data sheets of each house, the available shares and the cost of purchase. Once you have chosen the house to buy, following the instructions, you get in touch with the operators of stracasa to perfect the purchase.
It means owning one share of the house, legally speaking, together with other owners sharing property rights and duties of renovation and ordinary and
extraordinary maintenance. The right of ownership results in a use of the property of a defined number of weeks in relation to ownership shares.
The owner is entitled to lease the property for short periods of time, in accordance with the shares held.
